Oscars Watch: 2014 St. Louis Film Critics Association Awards

No surprises here. “Boyhood” and “Birdman” split most of the major awards while Jake Gyllenhaal grabs another Best Actor win. Let is be stated that J.K. Simmons is likely going to win Best Supporting Actor at the Oscars and I cannot wait for that. Also expecting Emmanuel Lubezki to win his second consecutive Oscar this year (last year for “Gravity”).

BEST MUSICAL SCORE: “Birdman”
BEST SOUNDTRACK: “Guardians of the Galaxy”
