With the end of August coming up, there are tons of titles disappearing from Netflix this week. Here’s hoping they pop up somewhere else. There are a few horror film on the list this week, with “Lake Mungo” being one I have been meaning to see for quite some time, carrying a great reputation. The Netflix Original film “Death Note” is the other one, starring Nat Wolff and Willem Dafoe. There are two documentaries on this week’s list, “$ellebrity” about the state of our obsession with the idea of celebrity and “Maurizio Cattelan: Be Right Back,” which is about a contemporary Italian artist. We have an Anne Hathaway film (“Song One”), an Elizabeth Olsen and Oscar Isaac period piece love story (“In Secret”), and the Academy Award nominated “Nocturnal Animals,” starring Amy Adams, Jake Gyllenhaal, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Michael Shannon. Lastly, there are also two kidnapping movies on the list, one starring Amber Heard and Odette Annable title “And Soon The Darkness,” and one from this year starring Teresa Palmer titled “Berlin Syndrome.”
